Dynasty came from adding utility to our hero NFTs while being fully onchain. With Base Paymaster, the user didn't have to pay gas for their first five transactions. The referral system really drove viral growth, plus partnerships with Mocaverse etc. Bots are a problem but the industry values user numbers.
