Hi Friends, welcome back to another episode!
In this weeks episode we'll be discussing foundation years, basically the year where you take time out to rediscover yourself, heal from past trauma, learn new skills and just figure things out.
I don't really think you have to set big life changing goals every year, sometimes you can just take the time out to understand you and what you want, build up your discipline and work on your consistency, so that in the years to come you have a sturdy foundation to build on top of.
