Election fraud conviction in Racine, voter enthusiasm gap

A Racine man has been convicted on two counts of voter fraud for ordering ballots that were not his. Plus, a big gap in voter enthusiasm heading into April's Supreme Court election.

Federal fundraising figures show Wisconsin's Democratic Party vastly out raised their Republican counterparts last month.  Gov. Tony Evers has proposed a constitutional amendment to ban partisan gerrymandering.
