How do you create a constructive and positive environment around your negotiations? Today's participant works for a startup, and her boss tends to take every salary increase quite personal, since he feels like the money is coming from his pocket. She would like to learn how to avoid the stress and negative emotion generated each time she is going into a negotiation with her boss. Wies will introduce her to the concept of "expanding the pie" and ways to creating a win-win scenario for both sides.

Today’s participant has been with the same company for her entire career. She’s grateful for the opportunities she’s been given, but she feels quite passive and not in charge of her career. She is therefore contemplating looking for a new job externally, even though she likes the company she is at right now.
