The Most Overlooked and Underrated Form of Strength Training

Back in 2009, I almost had to go to the hospital for leg cramps.  

 

I am not kidding.  

 

They were incredibly severe and both the front and back side of my legs were cramping simultaneously.  

 

That meant that there was no relief in sight, because if I stretched my quads, the hamstring cramp would just get worse and vice versa.  

 

This went on for over an hour.  

 

I have a theory that the more developed the nervous system, the more intense contractions one can get, which also means the potential for more severe muscular cramps.  

 

Anyways, there’s a form of strength training that is not talked about often, and totally underutilized, which is great for muscle tone and tendon strength.  

 

In today’s episode, I go over this particular form of exercise and I also introduce my ‘Panda Pump Sets’.  Plus, I will give you the trick to unlock cramps, which is ultimately how I got my legs to uncramp on that particular night.
