it's emma's 26th year of life so we threw her a surprise bday!! older, wiser & hotter; we wanted to share some advice we learned last year and how we would handle situations differently having the experiences we have now. if you're going through a breakup, feeling apprehensive about becoming older or struggling with how your body image is changing, this is the ep for you. also, we're gonna run the london marathon in 2024 if anyone wants to join:)
