Jen was a perfect prototype of evangelical woman subculture. She followed the rules close enough to not be problematic but had just the right amount of edge to be successful in the Christian blogger space.  In 2016, Jen finds herself ostracized from the community that once supported her after she voices love and support for LGBTQ individuals.  She's sure she's lost it all — her friends, her income, everything — until Jen discovers a whole other segment of the evangelical community ready to welcome her and continue doing the hard work.  Originally published 5/26/2020 _ Work is, to most of us, an important part of our lives.
