The goal is to internalize each Starter Kata's pattern, so you can then build on and adapt that pattern under a variety of circumstances with little thought or hesitation. The Toyota Kata Starter Kata help anyone develop greater powers of scientific thinking, which equips you to meet all sorts of challenging goals.
