Sacred Ground ~ Living Your Heaven on Earth 'ask dorothy' The WISDOM podcast  Season 5  Episode 46   💜   The Journey of 'Living Heaven on Earth is twofold: 😇 It is first to deepen your spiritual path and the ways in which you bring forth spiritual study and real life experiences, raising your consciousness as you live both in the physical and nonphysical worlds (and simultaneously in some moments.) 😇 The second exploration is that of the wisdom 'to be' ~ to experience all of the beauty of life ~ all of the sacred abundance and love that you can possibly know ~ knowing that it originates within and of you.   True 'Letting Go' Looks Like This... 'ask dorothy' The WISDOM podcast  Season 5  Episode 41   💜 :: episode timestamps :: Introduction to this Episode ~ 0-1:12  |  'Ask Dorothy' Podcast Intro ~ 1:13  |  The Concept of 'Letting Go' ~ 3:25  |  Podcast Outro ~ 13:15   ~ How do you truly 'let go'?   To let go doesn't imply that you stop caring.  When you 'let go' you are able to let go of the thoughts and emotions that cause you to continue in all that creates your suffering.   In this episode of 'ask dorothy' I share the story of my client Valentina* and her daughter Kendra* ~ their difficult relationship and its damaging effects.   'Letting go' is not agreement with what is hurtful and abusive.  'Letting go' is the realization that despite how much you want and wish things would be different, you are willing to live in the reality of 'what is' and this means grieving the loss of a relationship and love that is conditional.
