With emotions running high and the already tense relationship dynamic, running a business with members of your own family can feel like a daily fight of words, and sometimes, fists. But it doesn't have to be. Communicating effectively in a family operated business takes somewhat of a white glove approach - carefully voicing opinions and nudging the business into innovation to keep up with the times.
This week, we have Cody Widmann on the show, part owner of Denny's Corvette Restos along with his brother and father. Cody has been in operation with his family business for his entire adult life, and he comes on to get some help on how to approach the hard subjects with family.
