This week we welcome Physiotherapist and Nutritionist Ben Steele-Turner to the podcast! Ben shares his specialist knowledge and discuss similarities, differences and crossover between his two professions. We give a basic overview of how nutrition can be included within a therapists practice and where to signpost for further nutritional expertise! Ben also answers all of our key questions before we delve deeper into the nutritional aspects of injury and performance.
