• Traditional interview answers focusing on yourself (commute, company culture) are ineffective.• Companies hire to solve problems and achieve outcomes.• Craft interview answers that showcase your skills and how they benefit the company.•  Use the job description to understand the company's needs and tailor your answer accordingly.• Quantify your achievements with past experiences to demonstrate impact.• Focus on being a solution provider, not just someone filling a job title.• This approach can be used in cover letters and interview responses, even if the specific question isn't about why you applied.• If you can't connect your skills to the company's needs, it might not be the best job for you.
