Episode 2: Why We Ignore Red Flags

We have all been characters in a story with an overly predictable end which is not a Happy-Ever-After. That ship (whatever prefix you gave it) will play out this way, takes you on a journey and while you're at the climax of the plot, it pushes you off a cliff and stares as you fall into darkness.
