#174: The Things Your Child Wishes You Knew with Jane Reagen
Jane Reagan is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) and Certified Eating Disorder Specialist (CEDS), with a master's in counseling. She has been in private practice for 15 years. She worked at the University of Colorado at Boulder for 10 years, where she helped start their eating disorders program. She practices a non-diet approach to understanding the impact of food choices on mental, emotional, and physical well-being.
Jane's expertise covers eating disorders, digestive health, food allergies, blood sugar management, and more, with a focus on optimal nutrition and a good relationship with food. She excels in supporting individuals, including young adults and adolescents, on their journey to eating disorder recovery. Recognizing the pivotal role parents play, she pioneered The Eating Disorder Recovery Roadmap for Parents program. This online, self-paced program empowers parents with the knowledge, tools and strategies to actively contribute to their child's healing and recovery.
