Meet the guest: Dr. Efstathios Sarmikasoglou is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at Michigan State University. He earned a Ph.D. in Animal Science from the University of Florida and a B.S. in Animal Sciences from the Agricultural University of Athens, in Greece. His work includes dairy cattle nutrition, ruminal fermentation, and research on short-stature corn.
