How Career Match Making is Similar to Dating

We can not do career development without addressing this.....Spirituality. We as humans are made up of body - mind - soul, when we try to figure out our careers and lives only using one aspect, our thinking and intellect, it is limiting our growth. Time to spill the beans about being spiritual as a trainer.

We tend to avoid fighting and conflict and then we do not even deal with it properly when it does happen. Having a deeper understanding to how we fight can help us improve our relationships at work and in life.

Two main lessons I have learned from dating that also apply to finding the ideal career match, stop overthinking and surrender.
