In this episode, Tay sits down with hypnotherapist Morgan Zack for a raw, unfiltered conversation on subconscious healing, trauma, addiction, and why mindset work alone is not enough for true transformation.This is about what happens when women realize they’ve been trying to think their way out of wounds that were never created in the conscious mind in the first place.Morgan shares her deeply personal story of growing up in chaos, addiction, survival mode, and eventual rock bottom—and how it led her into the world of hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming.Morgan is a life coach, a certified NGH Hypnotist, and a SOM mindfulness practitioner. Morgan’s main focus is to help empower her clients from feeling like they are a victim of their own life to feeling empowered, happy, and creating the life of their dreams. Morgan also has a deep, compassionate understanding of addiction, and through her own journey to sobriety feels it’s her calling in life to show others they can reclaim their lives as well.  Morgan struggled with addiction and mental health for 20 years of her life. She sought out the traditional modalities of help; from psychiatrists, psychologists, talk therapists to  NA and AA and yet  never found any way out of feeling depressed, anxious and fully addicted to many substances. After many years of frustration of being put on and off of medications, and talking through her problems and never finding resolve, she turned to a mentor who worked with alternative healing modalities. Through working with this mentor she grew an understanding of the parasympathetic nervous system, breathing techniques, and meditation. By learning these techniques Morgan was able to naturally calm herself down enough. She eventually was able to feel her built up emotions safely which then allowed her to release many years of built up feelings and trauma.  Morgan was able to become sober and eventually come off of all medications and fully be herself again.
