Today’s episode is on the topic of CFS, also known as ME - i.e. Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I have the lovely Jo Foster on with me today. Jo’s a Nutritional Therapist, but also a CFS survivor. She suffered with debilitating symptoms over a period of about 7 years but now lives a completely normal, health and happy life.    We talk about what CFS actually is, how you get it, what the mechanisms are, and crucially, what to start thinking about in terms of treatment.
