Authenticity and walking the walk. Softness is the space where we heal, where we connect with others, and where we can show up as our most authentic selves. But when life gets hard, that softness can feel like it’s slipping away. And if we’re not careful, we start to believe that we have to harden up to get through it. But the truth is, we can stay soft even in the hard moments.

Resilience is a skill that will ensure we live an untroubled life! Meaning we deliberately move our focus from resentment, towards overcoming what has happened.

Its basically A Guide to Fearlessness in Difficult Time That book taught me about compassion and how to face fears, now ive always been a compassionate person but this book put a word to it. It taught me to continue to love, be kind, how to work through my own emotions, like fear and anger. It taught me to continue to get to know my ego and to be caustics of my ego. This book began my presence journey that I would start in my 30s. She says in the book “wisdom is inherent in emotions”

The art of softening up✨🌹 If you’ve been feeling restless or agitated with a need for activity but you’re not sure where to start or how to take action. Our restlessness leads to anger Our frustrations turn us self destructive Then the guilt comes and our behavior/symptoms do effect the people in our lives. We find it harder to sleep when the mind is restless, the hyper activity makes it hard for us to relax. This energy builds up, this is our creative energy and it either releases destructively or your energy is able to find a positive form of expression. On those days when things are just really hard to cope with, the pressure of life is real. We create our reality from our vibrational body, which guides our choices, whether we are aware or not. My goal for this podcast and my intention is to help you with finding the right tools so we can go deeper than our thinking. So you can completely rebuild your life.

We can’t get the relationship of our dreams when we have chronic thoughts about relationships feel lonely, disappointment or angry. When u focus on and look for things you appreciate in yourself and practice that we can also look for things we appreciate in others. Repeat what works not what doesn’t.
