Judy MacFarlane was arguably the reason Bobby Norris spent close to two years in prison; he was released the day after she was last seen alive. Detective Allen and Bobby's former partner dig into the strongest suspect in this case.

The last person to see Judy MacFarlane alive tells Detective Allen a new version of that night, and the detective digs deeper into his troubled past.

When Judy MacFarlane was murdered, most of her family suspected her estranged husband, Jim. From his drug cartel ties to the state of the marriage, Detective Kevin Allen seems to be the first to examine the husband.

When Judy MacFarlane's body is found, detectives have more questions than answers. To this day, no one is certain how she could have ended up in a retention pond inside a locked, barbed wire fence and the theories are almost too crazy to believe.

In the midst of Gainesville, Florida's darkest chapter, Judy MacFarlane disappears after her Bible study. The town has been turned upside down for its many missing or murdered college students, but Judy's case seems to be different and her family and local law enforcement publicly argue over whether something bad happened to her or she left on purpose.

Journalist Hailey Holloway heads back to Gainesville, Florida to dig into the mysterious murder of Judy MacFarlane. Judy's inexplicable death was one of the strangest cases of her time, but it was buried and long-forgotten. Hailey is teaming up with the first detective to re-open the case since Judy's death in 1992 to try and figure out what happened to the young mother of four, why her murder seems to have been pushed aside, and sort through the complicated list of who may have been responsible. 

In August of 1990, the Gainesville Ripper struck the small college town of Gainesville, Florida. He murdered five students over a weekend, terrorizing the community for months and changing the state's law enforcement forever.

Hailey heads back to Gainesville to search "The Spot" with Detective Allen and a cadaver search dog in what may be the last physical search for Tiffany Sessions.
