RT had the pleasure of catching up with Ben Lindsay, the co-founder of Solushin, an Australian owned medical device that helps athletes combat shinsplints, tight calf muscles and a number of other lower limb issues. The Solushin is a research backed medical device that effectively treats shin splints and improves ankle range of motion. It does this by targeting the pain and inflammation associated with shin splints, and also reducing tension in your soleus muscles. Altitude training has always been a hot topic for middle distance and distance runners. Steve Moneghetti is still a household name throughout most of Australia.  Along with De'Castella, he is without a doubt one of Australia's most recognisable runners. With world champs bronze and Commonwealth Games gold medals donning his trophy cabinet, and with a 2:08.16 PB, Mona was the elite of the elite in the 90’s and would still be one of Australia’s best today. At 61 years of age, Mona still runs, and pretty fast too. Luke Mathews is best known for his bronze medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games 800m.
