The Chinese government has vowed to not back down in the face of President Trump's ratcheting up of tariffs on a top US trading partner. With tariffs of 104 percent and 84 percent respectively, how far will this spat between the US and China go...and what can consumers expect? Also today, Netanyahu urges Trump to blow up all of Iran's nuclear facilities...it will be easy he claims.

President Trump casually mentioned that the U.S. will have its first TRILLION dollar military budget. This does not, in any sense, sound like a government looking to cut waste, fraud and abuse. We have been bankrupted (economically, and more importantly, morally) by a century of endless wars. The federal debt continues to rise, even with total Republican control. This is all bad news for our nation.

Government spending is increasing, government debt is increasing, President Trump threatens new wars, and now we're in the midst of a trade war. The troops are not coming home, the 1,000 bases are not being closed, and the "foreign aid," is not being eliminated. In order to get rid of overwhelming government, all of these variables have to move in the opposite direction.
