She is also the author of Welcome to the Grief Club, an illustrated book on grief for anyone who has had a loss. She is an award-winning artist, an author, and a great friend to many in the industry. On today's episode, Janine shares how a key account ordered 4,300 hand-painted cards and how that pushed her to retire and rethink her entire product line.
