Counting calories and diets will not fix your binge eating habits. For years, I tried to heal my binge eating by going on a strict diet. Then I would punish myself when I failed. What was missing in my journey was self-compassion, emotional healing, and strong boundaries. Nothing breaks my heart more than when I see people stuck year after year. I’ve heard all the excuses… I mean all of them. It just doesn’t work for me.
