The Browns offseason program was largely a success, even without Todd Monken naming a starting quarterback ahead of training camp. Former Texas Tech quarterback Brendan Sorsby is applying to enter the NFL’s supplemental draft. That means the Browns and every other team in the NFL has to decide if they want to bid on Sorsby. Browns minicamp and the team’s offseason program is over, but the quarterback battle is not.
