This season is called 'Why Bother?' It 's a question I ask myself all the time! But don't worry, I'm not about to pack it all in. I read a quote recently which said, someone with a 'why' to their life, can put up with almost any 'how'. So I wanted to speak to people who have been successful in their fields and to get to the bottom of their why, why do they bother? Why all the hard work, the thankless hours, the pain, the setbacks, the failures, the triumphs, seriously, why bother? If you don't have a why, the how isn't going to matter. So I hope i have whetted your appetite and you will join me for next season of the pod. We will delve into the hidden, and not-so-hidden, motivations of our guests, what drives them, what gets them out of bed every morning, at the end of the day, why do they bother!
