On this episode of LID Radio, we’re joined by Michael Stanford to talk about his book Leadership Transition: How Leaders Turn Chaos Into Growth.

About Michael Stanford

Michael Stanford is the founder and Managing Director of Summit Leadership, a boutique leadership development organization which supports leaders and their organizations through significant change. He was the head of the Transformational Leadership Practice  (EMEA) at Korn Ferry. Prior to that, he worked as a business leader and consultant in a leading business school.

About Leadership Transition

Leadership Transition is the first book to bring fresh wisdom from clinical research in post-trauma growth into the realm of leadership. It takes a careful look at what disrupts leaders most when they experience the sometimes destabilising chaos of transitions in their work, and explores how our minds are programmed to manage the threats and opportunities of dramatic change.
