So often our anxiety particularly gets turned up when we're in an exam room or a work meeting or when we have to present. What drives this and how do we overcome that?

Anxiety is often built around the question, what if? And that what if can turn into a loop that dials up the anxiety. How do we change this?

The purpose of anxiety is to prepare us to do something. Too little or too much causes problems. How do we turn this arousal into something that we can use and makes us better. 

Athletes who miss a shot are trained to replay it in their mind until they can see themselves making it, because the brain barely distinguishes between an outcome it vividly imagines and one it actually lives. This micro episode takes that tool out of the gym and helps you use it in rest of your life. If you get to write the ending yourself, why would you ever let yourself lose?

Anxiety has a different signature in each of us. And understanding our own signature, our own pattern and being able to name it gives us the power to begin to change it.
