Hour 3: Kap & J. Hood played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL/The Picks and the Kap & J. Hood Cut of The Day. 

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears Training Camp.   Kap & J. Hood discussed Ian Rapaport reported that Kyler Gordon is not with the Bears as he works with his own team to get healthy, with the hope that he will return to practice in a few weeks. This whole thing is just bizarre. The Bears trainers have proven themselves capable with Ozzy and others.

Hour 1:  Kap & J. Hood discussed the Brewers seem to be Kryptonite for the Cubs, and now their lead in the Wild Card has gotten less than comfortable at 4 over San Diego, while they continue to trail Philly by a half game. Why aren't Cubs fans more outraged that this team continues to be a punching bag for their "little brother"? Beer bats got the fanbase at bay. They might not even get a home playoff game!

Hour 3: NFL Insider for SI.com Albert Breer joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines. Kap & Tyler played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL and the Kap & J. Hood Cut of The Day. Tyler Aki was in for J. Hood.

Hour 2: National Bears Reporter for ESPN Courtney Cronin Joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines.  Kap & Tyler discussed Kirk Herbstreit having a popup store for his late dog Ben, who went with him everywhere.  Is it a charming story about a man and his dog or someone that's milking the dog's death?  Tyler Aki was in for J. Hood. 

Hour 1:  Kap & Tyler discussed the Bears as the season starts it's Panthers Week, there is some slightly concerning news from camp, Rome Odunze did not return to practice with a lower body injury… The Bears have enough bodies; this actually doesn’t worry me. Luther and Colston might be their top 2 weapons anyway!  How concerning is it for Rome, though, that this is reportedly a right leg/foot injury, the same foot that held him out much of last year?  The Cubs blew another game against Milwaukee, falling to 8 back in the division once again. Tyler Aki was in for J. Hood.

Hour 3: Kap & Shea played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL, opened the Friday Folder and the Kap & J. Hood Cut Of The Day. Shea Norling was in for J. Hood.

Hour 2: Kap & Shea discussed Caleb Williams' comments on a contract extension from the Chicago Bears.  Do you believe him?  D'Andre Swift needs a banana, left practice with cramps yesterday. Rome left with a right foot injury, seemed precautionary per Pat Finley. Bears will have the weekend off and be back Monday for Panthers prep.  Shea Norling was in for J. Hood. 

Hour 1:  Kap & Shea discussed that Luis Castillo is unusable again for the White Sox. Did Chris Getz have the worst deadline by a Chicago baseball GM in recent memory? Mune is slumping. Callers on Sox Postgame were not thrilled with him. Do you think Mune can turn it around?
