Hour 3: Kap & J. Hood played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL and the Kap & J. Hood Cut of the day.

Hour 2: Former Chicago Bears Wide Receiver and afternoon radio co-host ESPN Chicago Tom Waddle joined Kap & J. Hood with updates and analysis on the Bears vs the Seahawks.  Kap & J. Hood discussed the Bears and the NFL Trade Deadline; can they afford to wait until the deadline to make moves if other teams are starting things off? Partly this was the Colts getting their players to their desired locations, but is the pressure despite the deadline still 2 weeks away?

Hour 1: Kap & J. Hood discussed the Bears and the NFL Trade Deadline; can they afford to wait until the deadline to make moves if other teams are starting things off? Partly this was the Colts getting their players to their desired locations, but is the pressure despite the deadline still 2 weeks away? The Colts started their fire sale, and the league trade deadline, moving Quenton Nelson and Deforest Buckner, and it was the Seahawks and 49ers (usual suspects) reaping the early rewards. What is the confidence level that Ryan Poles will join the NFC's elite in making a move to win a Super Bowl?

Hour 3: Kap & J. Hood played Shot or No Shot, took a trip Around The NFL, NFL Insider for SI.com Albert Breer joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines and the Kap & J. Hood Classic Cut of The Day.

Hour 2: Kap & J. Hood discussed some fans would prefer to keep draft capital rather than mortgage the future. Do we agree the Bears are beyond the "sustained success" strategy, and it's time go in for a Super Bowl? Do you believe the Bears need to make a trade, or are they good enough as is to win it all?  Are the Bears entering a point where it is fair to view their expectations as Super Bowl or Bust?  Per Jordan Schultz, the Bears are connected to Josh Sweat, DeForest Buckner, and Khalil Mack as the trade deadline approaches. I'd most want Josh Sweat from this crop.

Hour 1: Kap & J. Hood discussed A real Sports Equinox: Football, Baseball, Hockey, Basketball all on at the same time! What moves should the Cubs and White Sox have made and what are the Brewers are doing to win. Top defenses in the NFL and the Bears need at D Line and Secondary.  What should they? Return of the Mack? Khalil Mack could be on his way to the Bears, is this happening?

Hour 2: National Bears Reporter for ESPN Courtney Cronin Joined Kap & J. Hood with updates on the Bears and the latest NFL storylines.  Kap & J. Hood discussed the Bears being off on Sunday; fans got to see the Vikings move 6-0, albeit unimpressively, and the Lions beat the Packers at Ford Field in a very sloppy game with some controversial coaching decisions. After Week 7, and what you saw in the division, do you feel like the Bears are the best team in the North?
