On October 31, 2004, 26-year-old roommates Adriane Insogna, Leslie Mazzara, and Lauren Meanza handed out candy to trick-or-treaters before going to sleep. At around 2:00 AM, an intruder broke into their Dorset Street home through a first-floor window and fatally stabbed Leslie and Adriane in their upstairs bedrooms. The 1994 Halloween murder of 7-year-old Tony Bagley Jr. remains one of North Las Vegas's most notorious unsolved cold cases. On October 31, 1994, at approximately 6:15 p.m., Tony was trick-or-treating while dressed in a skeleton costume on.
