Guest Number 215 is a man I met in Goa upon the magic sands of Mandrem.At that time, I was doing my yoga teacher training and having an early mid life crisis & he was an Ayurvedic massage therapist living in New York. James Winstanley was also in a duo, playing the hang drum and came to play a few sessions in our yoga shala and we became firm friends. Bob Trafford spent years unearthing hidden truths, analysing evidence, and navigating the delicate line between what is real and what is manufactured working for Forensic Architecture. Coco Francavilla is not a scientist or an ocean explorer. She has a long history as a musician and working in the music industry.  For 25 years, as a composer, artist, and sound engineer she has been immersed in the music world—fascinated by how art and science intertwine.  I’ve explored sound not just as music, but as something deeper—how it can unite, heal, and inspire us and that is exactly why she set up  her NGO, Musicforthesea.org. Through multidisciplinary and artistic engagements, the aim is to enhance understanding and appreciation of marine ecosystems. Together, she wishes we can protect the Ocean because it is integral to our future—the Ocean is us, and we are the Ocean.
