UPDATE: Grand Jury Finds NO Criminal Wrongdoing In Death Of Nolan Wells

41-year-old Ker’Sean Ramey is scheduled to die this evening by lethal injection for a 2005 triple homicide. Ramey was convicted and sentenced to death for the murders of his neighbor, 38-year-old Celso Lopez, 18-year-old Tiffani Peacock and her boyfriend, 24-year-old Sam Roberts. His cohort, LeJames Norman was executed just last week for the same crime, which began as an armed robbery, and ended with both men shooting their victims multiple times. It was a shocking day of testimony in the murder trial against former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn, accused of shooting his wife of 15 years in the head while she was sleeping so he could be with his mistress.  Ashley Flynn’s mother, father, sister and brother-in-law described Caleb as a trusted and loved member of the family who they vacationed with and worked alongside for years.  They each described feeling shock and disbelief after his arrest, Ashley’s sister even telling FBI agents they had the wrong guy, choosing to believe Caleb’s intruder theory. Looksmaxxing influencer, 20-year-old Braden Peters, known as Clavicular, has been charged with rape, drugging someone for sexual intercourse and providing liquor to someone under 21.  His alleged victim has also filed a lawsuit against him, claiming she was repeatedly raped without giving her consent and at one point, says Peters injected her face with fat dissolvers on a livestream. A disturbing family feud has erupted following the death of Dolly Parton. Parton’s longtime manager has now filed for a temporary restraining order against the late singer's nephew, Bryan Seaver, the man she chose to announce her death to the world just a few weeks ago. Seaver was fired from his decades-long held position as head of security after Parton’s manager claims Seaver began "invoking his self-proclaimed military-contractor experience, access to weapons, and capacity for violence" to extort money from the estate. ‘The Secret Lives Of Mormon Wives’ star Taylor Frankie Paul has announced on social media that she will not continue on the hit Hulu series because of bullying from her casemates. Paul accused some of the women of laughing at her children as she goes through two very public custody battles. The news comes as TMZ reports that Paul failed multiple recent court ordered drug tests as she tries to get more time with her children from two separate relationships. It was a hell of a day at the United Nations for President Trump and everyone listening. Trump began by telling CNN that they shouldn’t be covering him at the UN after banning the news organization’s access, and then told the world they shouldn’t be calling AI, “Artificial” Intelligence. Trump essentially  issued a world-wide decree to change the name to “Super” Intelligence, or SI and said he opposed international regulation of the technology. The Greenville, South Carolina Coroner’s Office has just announced that Hayden Panettiere’s cause of death has been ruled as an accident from the toxic effects of multiple drugs. The office specified that fentanyl, 4-ANPP, Alprazolam, Methocarbamol, and Quetiapine were all found in Panettiere, but added there were no signs of trauma that contributed to her death. Testimony is underway in the murder trial of former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn.  40-year-old Flynn is accused of shooting his wife of 15 years while their two daughters were in the room next door, and then staging a burglary before calling 9-1-1. Jurors have already heard the 9-1-1 call, watched dramatic police body cam video as prosecutors read aloud several damning texts Flynn reportedly sent to his mistress describing hating and wanting to kill his wife. A Jackson, Mississippi grand jury returned a unanimous, “no true bill” in the death of 18-year-old Nolan Wells. The jury determining there was not enough evidence to find anyone criminally responsible for the death of the black teen who was last seen partying with friends on an island off the Mississippi coast on the Fourth of July.   Instead, the grand jury found that Wells’ death was consistent with drowning, but his official cause of death remains undetermined.
