IAEA chief urges restraint after strike on Iran's nuclear site

The head of the International Atomic Energy Agency has called for military restraint following a new attack on Iran's nuclear facilities. According to the IAEA, no increase in radiation levels has been detected outside the site.

Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi told Kyodo News that Tehran has started talks with Tokyo about possibly ‌opening the waterway. He said the closure only targets vessels from hostile countries.
