Survivors of a devastating earthquake in eastern Afghanistan have been spending the night in the open, as rescue efforts continue. The Taliban authorities say more than 800 people were killed and thousands injured when a magnitude 6.0 earthquake hit eastern Afghanistan on Sunday night.
