Review and Reaction of the 2024 CrossFit Semifinal Events

Is 4 events enough to send the top age grouper athletes to the 2024 CrossFit Games? Are the semifinal events just a retread of the Quarterfinals events? Chase and Bill sit down with John Young and JR Howell to take a deep dive into the 2024 Age Group programming beyond just what the events are on paper.

The 2024 CrossFit Semifinal events for Age Group divisions have just dropped. Special guests J.R. Howell, Seth Page and John Young join the show as we give our first reactions and opinions on the programming.
