The New York Mets just did something they didn't do at all in 2020: win consecutive series.
Excellent pitching performances from Jacob deGrom and Marcus Stroman helped the Mets take 2 of 3 from the Colorado Rockies. Meanwhile, the Mets offense put together a complete offensive performance, winning a 3-game series in the Rocky Mountains while only hitting one home run along the way.
All that plus a look ahead at the next series vs. the Chicago Cubs.
