Shake Off the Interference. Expand & Create Through Your Heart Power

Wise beings know how to use the natural cycles of the earth and universe to support us to grow our work, wealth and relationships, and to support our health, and keep us focused on what matters. Which is why one of my top three pratices for staying out of burnout and overwhelm and stay on the path of sustainable success, impact and wellbeing in the "Power Pause" + why I created the next two episodes for you, which are really more like a mini retreat.  Power pauses are an elevated leadership best practice we do quarterly, at the Equinoxes and Solstices, the natural shifting times. Equinoxes are all about illuminating imbalances, shifting habits to restore wellbeing, and re-focusing your priorities and intentions for the next quarter. The theme of Sept Equinox is always Harvest. I'm over the moon excited to be unveiling and sharing the 8 Feminine Leadership Archetypes with you in this 10th season as a way for 'how' we can move through these transformational times. These archetypes are a reflection of what happens when we bring feminine presence into leadership, and value it. They can help us to stay clear and centered + strong in playing our part + empowered to wisely create realities that are rooted in wholeness, sustainability, freedom, harmony, love, connection + possibility... even if the mainstream world is reflecting a different reality.  I developed the Feminine Leadership Archetype model and system in 2018, based on 15 years of in depth study in feminine archetypal energy that spans across cultures, the energy is planetary. These leadership archetypes describe feminine presence and power - which is often not valued, compensated or even acknowleged within the systems we work, live and operate in. Although it is the energy that often holds everything together. It's the invisible things people rely on us for. It's what creates environments and cultures that foster people's growth, creativity and connectivity.  The archetypes give us language, symbol, metaphor, image and a sense of the energy within us we can access and apply. Today we begin our 10th season and 10th year. This episode will get us all centered in our stake - focus and intention - of what we are creating and why. To root us firmly in our power to co-create new realities on this planet now, at this time. In the ways we are uniquely designed to do so ... in the ecosystems we have influence over (vs. trying to do it all or feeling like we don't have the power to do anything).  Our stakes for this season are: Re-Imaginging the way we and the world work, when the feminine leads.  (from the inside out)  Embracing the power, wisdom & influence of our personal leadership to co-create a better, brighter world for ourselves + those we touch + generations to come, through our voices, choices & presence within the "ecosystems" we live, lead and love.  We focus on what we can influence: Focusing on the ecosystems we have the power and influence within - ourselves, our 1:1 relationships, our smaller systems like our teams / families  --->> which then influences the larger organizations we work in, communities we participate and live in (local, social and global) ---> which then shifts and creates the culture, society and consciousness on the planet. We remember and embrace: All non-natural systems on the planet were created by humans which means we as humans (which you and I are) have the power to create realities, systems, ways of being, working, relating, living, succeeding, etc... that support all people and planet to thrive and prosper for now and for generations to come. Our 10th season is called: Fierce Grace, which is the simplest way I can express what balanced, whole leadership and embodied power looks and feels like. Fierce Grace is the integrated power and presence that lives within our human heart. When we can access this full range of power and presence, we embody an essence that can shift a room or situation just by our presence. We are a force for change and elevation, because we are deeply rooted in ourselves, our essence, our innate wisdom and our balance, rooted truth. We will use 4 of the 6 realms of Elevated Leadership to create a structure for us: presence power purpose personal sustainability I'll share with you the 8 Feminine Leadership Archetypes on the 8 'turns of the year' - solstices, equinoxes and the cross quarter points. We'll start with the archetype of the CREATRIX in our first full episode, #271. And then we'll see what else flows in along the way. My intention is that Feminine Power Time will continue to be an 'oasis' for illumination, liberation and elevation + a Field for co-creators like you ...a place to ...  Are you clearing your emotional and energetic fields - consistently? What do you do when you get "gooped" by the world, a person, the news, the physical and virtual environments you find yourself in, or even by your own emotional triggers? "Gooped" is my partner Noah and my term for what happens to us when we get emotionally, mentally, energetically, and physically weighed down, swirled up, affected by external forces. In the times we live in, it's really wise to ask yourself: What am I doing to keep my energy clear?Are my energetic and emotional boundaries strong? How do I know when they are weak? And how do I strengthen them. For this conversation, I brought on Noah Martin, my partner in life, love and business because he's super wise in these realms we will explore: What it means to be “gooped”. How to know when you are gooped up? How does it happen? What do you do in the moment or as prevention to keep the external forces from knocking you off kilter? Consider this: This energetic, emotional and mental "gooping" is often invisible to our eyes - we don't see it, but DO we feel it? But if you don't know the signs that you've been de-harmonized or 'affected' with interference, you get pulled down and swirled around and cannot operate as your wisest and most radiant self. This year I was really feeling we could all use a boost of heart power to clear out the interference - swirling within us and around us - and break our consciousness & creativity free, so we can feel possibility as reality, so much so that it gives us momentum to fuel and focus us forward.   Consider this: We as humans are evolving. What's showing up as struggle in our reality, and through the inteference externally and internally, are catalysts we can use to heal, strengthen and elevate ourselves and the parts of world and reality we influence. Not by bypassing, but by fiercely standing in the power of the heart, together. Here's the 3 parts we'll explore and bring into your life now in practical ways to  Invisible nterference -  The unconcious stuff that keep us stuck in patterns and realities that we no longer desire or no longer serve. Imprints like the solo-solitude or scarcity trap. Internal inteference like constraints and conflict that bind us up vs open us up. When you see the interfernce, you can move beyond it, otherwise you just get "goobered" up and stuck in it (very technical term lol).  Imagine - What you are seeking is also seeking you. When you name it and speak it, from a deep place of self worth and empowerment it's like you are painting that reality through your radiance and passion into the world. I'll teach you a practice that invokes the power of Invitation & Radiant Magnetism. Design - It's not a magical manifestation trick, it's a co-creative path and practice we engage in actively to bring this into being. From the power of invitation to exploration to experimentation, it takes courage and clarity and conscious creation and creativity. But that is part of the gift ... the question is will we dance with the Universe or try to control it and therefeor kill it? Anger and grief are good human emotions. They have the potential to open up so much for us – individually and collectively – which can lead to healing, breaking down barriers, and breaking through to better realities. The problem is that most humans weren't taught how to express anger or grief in healthy ways, so it comes out sideways in distorted ways, or it gets stuffed down until we blow up or get sick. Sometimes we are the receiver of that big emotional eruption and other times we are the "unleasher" or "erupter" on someone else. For all the co creators, change makers, re-imaginers, global citizens on planet earth, and those who choose to be part of creating a brighter world and better ways of living & being we know deep down are possible... this is for you. We've been told "You are the ones you've been waiting for." There is no person here to 'save' us. Who we are and how we live is how we elevate reality - for ourselves, those we care for and guide, and this planet. This is Personal Leadership. And it's essential, and challenging. So ... the question is ... how the heck do we make our way through the chaos, stay focused, keep the faith and be wise about where we focus our energy and resources ... and also keep our hearts, spirits and creative life force alive and strong in the months and years to come where so much seems out of our control?  Consider this: There is a path ... we just can't see it with our everyday eyes, we need our 'wise eyes' which can see in the dark of the unknown or see through the confusion of chaos ... can hear deeper guidance in stories, myths and patterns ... can discern what's aligned by contemplating on inquiries that lead to insight vs. grasping for answers to questions. Our internal imaginal cells are programmed to expand, evolve and focus us in the now and next. When we find ourselves in a time of intensity over extended periods of time, wisdom says ... it's wise (and essential) to pause and consider what we need to cultivate, replenish and retain our life force (our energy) and radiance (our light). I'm suggesting that now is such a time ... not to pull the covers over our heads, or think one vacation will wipe away the tiredness ... but also not to keep pushing forward believing there is some magic moment all will be well or our work will be done. But instead ... we choose to stay aware and awake to what's happening in our world, while at the same time pulling our focus into our own personal ecosystem and what we need to replenish, now. Like a dusty, tired car that has been on a long journey... it actually needs more than just gas to fill up... it needs a wash, a vacum, likely some air freshner and a reprieve .... so do we.   So here's my question... what do you need in the next several weeks or months (this  summer/winter season or next 40 days) to replenish your radiance and life force ... on all 4 realms... mind, body, heart and spirit?  AND... what do you need to give yourself permission to take the time and space, to allocate the resources, and to pull back to 70% on some things, so you have that 30% to focus on what cultivates deeper reserves of energy. So you have the inner resources to create what's next - for yourself, those you guide and what matters to you in this world.  This episode #268: Permission to Replenish Your Radiance, is an intentional creative process + a full permission slip to 'do' what replenishes and lifts your spirit ... nourishes and fills your heart... clears and inspires your mind ... revitalizes and soothes your body... in the next time span of your choosing.  Consider this: When we consciously cultivate our lifeforce and radiance, we create longevity of wellbeing + the ability to dance through intensity, as a paradox and path vs. a polarity and problem to fix. Then, instead of just spending that radiance, energy and light as soon as we fill up enough ... we choose to 'condense' it...let it stir and stew and gather up power and aliveness ... choosing to spend some not all ... so come the next season, we have the energy to rise and harvest, to create. "If we don't actively dream our dream, we are being dreamt" - Andean Wisdom, Marcela Lobos Since our lives are micros of the macro, I think it's safe to say that most of us are going through transformations ... being called to elevate in our next expression and evolution ... shedding skins / exoskeletons / phoenix feathers / old parts, roles & constructs ... likely it's already happening ... but are we tuning in and REALLY listening ... and do we have the inquires that lead us to the essence of what we desire to create, and what is on our design to do/live/be? So instead of being trapped, we create with life, from heart and soul. In this episode #1 in the Next Phase, On Purpose series - Ep 267: Becoming Something New - we will make sure you: have space + inquiries to shed light, gain insight and be able to articulate what this next phase (however long that is for you) is about. With this wisdom you gain a compass for clarity to make decisions, even in choppy, shifting waters.    Consider this: You are becoming something new ... it's happening, even if you can't see it, you can feel it ... so ask yourself... How can I actively dream and design my desired now reality and future reality, rather than being passively 'dreamt' by external circumstances? Don't apologize or diminish this!  Choose- Where will I plant my field? Root my tree? Vocation, Relation, Location in this next cycle. Consciously curate- What needs to be released? What's still valuable to Preserve? What new possibilities do I want to Create space for? There is so much power in proactively choosing to release outdated beliefs and habits that we don't need in the next cycle .... to preserve valuable aspects that still have relevancy and life...  and create new opportunities and relationships to support us to evolve.
