ADHD paralysis is a phenomenon where individuals with ADHD find it hard to start or complete tasks. ADHD paralysis, or executive dysfunction, can manifest as procrastination, indecision, and inaction. It's not about laziness or lack of willpower. It's a neurobiological issue but if we go even deeper, we see that biochemical imbalances and infection are the root causes.
