Because when you think about it, every time you lose a student, you lose their term fee, their concert costume, their merchandise purchase, their word-of-mouth potential, andtheir impact on your community vibe.

So if we can keep more dancers longer, not only do we grow, but we grow in a way that feels grounded, connected, and joyful.
