
233: Leading with Cultural Awareness: A Framework for Success with Philippe Rosinski

Philippe introduces his Cultural Orientations Framework assessment – a tool designed to raise awareness of cultural differences and gives listeners an opportunity to complete the assessment for themselves. The COF is comprised of 17 dimensions grouped into seven categories, providing a vocabulary to understanding cultural variations, in areas such as how we communicate, manage time, organise ourselves, think, define our identity and more generally engage in our various activities.
