As Global Ecosystems Collapse, It's Time For Systemic Change
The 31st United Nations Conference of Parties (COP31) climate meetings are set to take place this November in Turkiye in the setting of a world on a path towards collapse. Each climate report seems to bring the same finding, that changes are happening faster than expected. To help unpack the latest reports, climate journalist Robert Hunziker joins Clearing the FOG. Hunziker explains that the world has already reached 1.5°C of warming and is locked in to reaching at least 2°C of rise in the near future. Even before the advent of the Super El Nino next year, catastrophic droughts, floods and storms are occurring. Hunziker discusses systemic changes that must be made rapidly to avoid a more devastating future than what we already face. For more information, visit PopularResistance.org.
