I only ask because last night I was heading to the Dollar General on Haines to get some munchies. And I noticed a police cruiser on Haines Ave very intent on pulling me over and I say that because this cruiser changed two stop lights misusing the emergency override. And they changed instantly upon approaching each intersection. I graduated with honors from Mitchell Tech in electrical construction and one thing you learn is traffic control and programming lighting. And it was obvious the emergency control was used to change the lights. Don't you think this a bit overstepping.
