I Am Lovable

It is especially important for having healthy relationships, or when we’re in a situation that makes us experience big feelings, like anger or sadness. It’s okay if we don’t react in the best way. We can use that interaction as a lesson to do better next time. We can remember to take time to reflect and regulate our emotions before reacting.

Being kind is simple. It can look like reminding friends of how smart they are, or cleaning up after a family dinner. Let’s choose to do and say caring things for others.
