"The times where I've not had the best access to nature are the times where I often get most run down or mentally fatigued" - Harris Dickinson

Did you know that just 20 minutes spent in nature every day can boost your wellbeing?

The UK is experiencing a mental health crisis. From day-to-day stresses in our lives to anxiety over global issues such as climate change, we all need some help with our wellbeing. WWF is inviting people to get their #DailyDoseOfNature as part of their ‘Prescription for Nature’ campaign.

In this special episode of Call of the Wild, brought to you in association with Scottish Power, actor and WWF ambassador Cel Spellman digs into how nature benefits us – both mentally and physically.

Cel gets outside with GP Dr Sara Kayat to learn about the ways in which nature can improve our wellbeing. He also hears from Shantyl Rogers, part of People’s Plan for Nature, and actor Harris Dickinson, about what being out in nature means to them.

The wild is calling. It’s time to act.
