If I had to choose my favorite store to shop at, it would have to be Costco. Between the savings, high quality food items, and free samples, it's just the perfect storm for shopping bliss. I literally get giddy every time I flash my card to the bouncer and walk in the club. On today's podcast, Let's shop Costco and pick out the top 10 or so most healthy food items at the warehouse club. I'm talking grass-fed beef, collagen peptides, grass-fed cheese, sprouted bread, and more! Plus, I'm buying food items that have a long shelf life, so don't worry if you have a small family, this stuff won't go bad quickly.

Art & I reviewed pretty much reviewed every frozen food item at Trader Joe's! They have such a unique frozen section that is entirely made up of private labels items. But the question remains, can we find any frozen foods that are healthy and not loaded with low quality ingredients? Shop along with us as we try to find Bobby Approved items at trader Joe's!
