399 | I Let Go and Let God Take Over My Business—Here's What's Happened

Your hormones aren't broken — they're communicating. In this episode, I'm walking you through the exact map I use with every client and inside my Soul Aligned framework: the energetic correlation between your seven major glands, their corresponding chakras, and the symptoms showing up in your body right now. We'll go gland by gland  and I'll show you how each one maps to a chakra, what it's asking of you when it's blocked, and the specific physical and emotional symptoms that show up when that center is out of alignment.
