Cape Town Part 2.

On this episode I set down with a fellow black travel podcaster and we talk about travel, interviewing other black women travelers, and compare travel stories.

In this episode I interview Esteban Gonzalez who was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia until he was 15 and moved to the United States with his family. We talk about his experience in Cape town, ZA, growing up in two different countries, and what his experiences traveling back to Colombia. I also share a couple stories from when I spent a month in Colombia.

This is my first episode of my podcast Blackpacking and my first experience of traveling outside the country. I tell the story of my volunteer trip in Cape Town, South Africa and how that opened my mind to the outside world, outside the United states, and outside of my comfort zone.
