Episode 191: The Time Erin + Stacy Were *Almost* on a Reality TV Show

On this episode Erin + Stacy are finally able to talk about their experience filming a pilot for a Reality TV show about Real Estate in Charleston. Plus, Stacy shares a cringe-worthy encounter with another real estate agent and laments the low barrier to entry in the Real Estate Industry. Stacy and Erin are both fresh off their respective European vacations and kick off the episode with a recap on Stacy's time in Switzerland and Erin's visit to Austria and Italy. On today’s episode Stacy and Erin sit down for a good old fashioned catch up. But the conversation takes a turn when Erin recounts a a strange encounter with a potential seller.  It starts out with a few particular demands and as the whole situation begins to unravel it’s revealed that this seller has a bizarre pattern of wanting to interview female agents only and making very unsettling and specific demands. Luckily Erin has enough good sense to back out before it’s too late. Plus, Stacy goes to an open house and highlights how many pump fakes potential buyers are pulling before ultimately ghosting.
