Episode 184: The One Where Erin Tries to Quit the Podcast

Stacy and Erin are both fresh off their respective European vacations and kick off the episode with a recap on Stacy's time in Switzerland and Erin's visit to Austria and Italy. They share the skippable, the memorable and the best bites they had while visiting across the pond. Plus, they bring it back home with everyone's favorite "Market Update" to break down what they are seeing in real time in the Charleston real estate market and *Spoiler Alert* it's a bit "weird and hairy."

On today’s episode Stacy and Erin sit down for a good old fashioned catch up. But the conversation takes a turn when Erin recounts a a strange encounter with a potential seller.  It starts out with a few particular demands and as the whole situation begins to unravel it’s revealed that this seller has a bizarre pattern of wanting to interview female agents only and making very unsettling and specific demands. Luckily Erin has enough good sense to back out before it’s too late. Plus, Stacy goes to an open house and highlights how many pump fakes potential buyers are pulling before ultimately ghosting.
